We are going through a major transition in the world right now, and we are all feeling it in our own unique ways. It is impacting us on a very personal level even though it is a collective experience.

A lot of the learning we are meant for during this time is that of letting go of the illusion of control…which can look like loss, grief, confusion, uncertainty, doubt, fear, depression, anger and sadness. It can show up as changes in your life or questioning current things in your life. It can also show up as a completion of old patterns or a desire to be free of them.

I promise you if you are feeling any of these it is NOT because there is something wrong. It is because you are in a deep process of growth within yourself, and you are birthing a new paradigm.

With this it is more critical now than ever before to find your internal sense of stability and security during these uncertain times.

Through working with hundreds of clients I have learned the three most essential states that determine our sense of security and well-being no matter what: Our Personal Power, our Inner Peace and our Higher Purpose. These states are the Soul Medicine that will helps us get through - and through this there is a new lightness of being on the other side that is waiting for you.

Why has it not been easy to naturally be in these states?

We have access to these states, they live within us. But for most of us there is accrued energy that gets in the way of embodying them.

We have often relied on external forces to provide a sense of safety, security, stability...but we are forced now to find this within.

In order to do this we must clear out inner conflict, family of origin imprints, ancestral limitations, unprocessed emotions and anxiety in our nervous system and body. We must learn to create stronger energetic boundaries, we must find clarity around our own unique vision and know the current purpose we are meant to be living (which is not always what you think)!

Doing this makes the difference between feeling lost in these wild times or feeling more at home than ever.

With the right tools and understanding we have the ability to release what no longer serves us and move into a state that brings us that steadiness we desire.

Weekly Sessions

Weekly 75 minute sessions are held on Mondays 9:30 PST/12:30 EST.

This program is unique in that you get to choose what you are working on and it is individualized to get you the results you desire.

In these sessions we focus on bringing you into a deeper state of Internal power, peace and purpose. I guide you through deep clearing and teach you how to activate new healthy patterns.

We release fears, emotions, limiting beliefs, stuck stress and resistance that is held in your body, psyche and nervous system, We raise your frequencies to expand your capacity for greater support, strength, safety, trust and self-expression. .

You are guided from the comfort of your own home by following me on video as I lead you through the simple but powerful healing modalities.

Sessions alternate between live sessions and pre-recorded sessions.

Recordings are available if you miss a live session.

I'm Teresa Kaplan, Psychotherapist turned transformational teacher, healer and mentor.

You are able to choose what issue you are working on in yourself and your life and focus the healing around these issues.

We take the root cause of what is in the way and clear it.

We then activate positive energies so that you are finally free to create beneficial new patterns in your life.
